Complete this form to tell us about any Public Service Pension Scheme membership you have build up before 1 April 2012 and during the McCloud remedy period (1 April 2015 and 31 March 2022).

Since 1st October 2023 LGPS rules changed to remove the discrimination found in the McCloud judgement.
