Change of Bank / Address / Personal Details Form

Please fill in this form if any of your personal details have changed. For example, your bank details have changed, you have moved address, or your name or marital status has changed. 

Please note that if your name and or marital status have changed, we will also require a copy of the relevant certificates to support the change - please send us a photocopy, scanned image or photo along with your completed form.

Please note that changes of address can be made by logging into your My Pension account at: https://highlandpensionfund.mypensiondetails.co.uk/login

You must also tell your employer about any changes to your name, address or marital status.
