Changes to late retirement factors have been announced by the Scottish Government

On 24th June 2017, the Scottish Government announced that the factors used to calculate the increase to any retirement benefits which are paid late are being reduced. A letter has been issued to all active and deferred members who will be 65 before this date, explaining how the changes will affect them.
